Wrap yarn over the hook

Insert the hook through both loops from stitch on previous row.  Wrap yarn over hook

Drawing hook backwards, pull yarn through stitch loops only (there are now 3 loops on hook)

Wrap yarn over hook, drawing hook backwards, pull yarn through first 2 loops on hook

There are now 2 loops on the hook

Wrap yarn over hook, drawing hook backwards, pull yarn through 2 loops on hook

One loop remains on hook and stitch is completed
